After the Fire
Neighborhood Canvas Program
The Cherokee Springs Fire Department understand that a significant fire event can drastically affect the immediate community.
Fire Department Staff that responded to the emergency incident may return to the area within a few days of the incident.
A door-to-door canvas is conducted to answer questions from citizens, provide fire safety information, and try to improve safety awareness in the community.
Additionally, we will ask you to check your smoke detectors in your home, if you need assistant testing them or if you need new ones installed we will offer to install FREE smoke alarms.
If we miss you during this canvas please contact us, we are more than willing to come back out.....
